The idea was to meet the requirement of the customers and build a service to send and receive packages to and from their location. Thankx comes with flexible architecture and easy integration with improved operational efficiency.
The vision was to get a mobile app that helps customers to deliver the goods without leaving their homes. The system serves the community and provides a unique delivery system with adding convenient, flexible interfaces.

Finding available drivers to pick up and deliver parcels during peak hours
Ensuring drivers' reliability and responsibility to deliver the parcels on time and in good condition
Accurately tracking the driver's location or the status of the parcel by the customer with ease
Strong security measures in place to prevent security breaches, issues, and fraud prevention
Effective communication between drivers and customers
