Need a social platform for the private loan industry for brokers and lenders to connect.
Requirement of a centralized plaftorm that can make the communication and coordination between brokers and lenders easy in the loan industry.
Features should include filteration, easy navigation, and discovery of funders and loaners easy.
Challenges
With sensitive financial and personal data being shared between borrowers, brokers, and funders through a mobile app, it is crucial to implement robust security measures to protect against data breaches and cyberattacks.
Feature to communicate in a seamless way for all the users in group and one-to-one chat.
To encourage the adoption of the mobile app, it is important to design a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate and provides all necessary functionality to complete the loan application and funding process.
Solution
We are using encryption and access controls for the different types of users to manage the security of the application and data.
Brokers and Funders both can manage the Loan management section from the mobile device for the ease of reviewing and/or applying for the loans.
Conducted user testing and solicited feedback from borrowers, brokers, and funders that helped us to identify areas of the app that may be causing confusion.
